Shipping policy

 

Before placing your order, please select the country of delivery from the list at the top. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders placed from a different country site other than that of the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

Should your order be shipped to US territories, please consider that US Customs may require more information about you, such as Social Security Number and/or Tax ID, in order to clear customs for your order.

Delivery will be made by International Carrier, usually DHL, FedEx or UPS. As per usual international delivery regulations, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have left our warehouses.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is  1 – 5  business days from the shipping date, depending on country of delivery. We do not ship on weekends or Swiss public holidays. Please consider that the delivery timing starts from the moment when your order is shipped, not placed.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times on request.
